Connectors for PLM 9.1 Now Available

We are pleased to announce the Connectors for PLM 9.1 release, which addresses customer reported issues and includes new features and platform support listed below.

  • Store BOM multiple root items will process the BOM for all of the configurations of the assembly
  • Store multiple root BOM drawings will store the BOM of all the items that are referenced in the drawing
  • New “Track File Generation” resource setting enables the administrator to control how generations of files are tracked
  • Updated “Family Part Number Format” resource setting allows the administrator to use a different type of separator or no separator at all
  • With multiple items selected, the Connector will enable the toolbar/menu and allow the user to specify an operation to apply to all the selected items that are eligible
  • Updated “Store Viewables” resource setting has been extended to support multiple viewable files
  • Connector silent installation includes options to log the output

Important Note:

Customers that have customized the “Family Part Number Format” setting in one or more Projects, should update this setting in all of the Projects to include the appropriate separator.

  • Support for AutoCAD and AutoCAD Mechanical 2022, 2021 and 2020
  • Support for Autodesk Inventor 2022, 2021 and 2020
  • Support for SolidWorks 2022, 2021 and 2020
  • Support for NX 1926, 1899 and 12
  • Support for Creo 8, 7 and 6

As a reminder, when installing the Connectors for PLM, please run the ConnectorServerConfig.exe utility to update the server to the latest Connector packages. Refer to the Connector Installation Guide for more information.
